15:00 Teen Mom Maci has a blowout with Ryan over custody of their son Bentley, while Amber & Gary struggle with raising Leah together with a no-contact order in place. Catelynn finally finishes high school and takes Tyler out of town to celebrate, and Farrah’s parents try to talk her into leaving Sophia behind when she moves away.

Maci tries to cut Ryan out of her life, and Ryan makes a decision about taking Maci to court. 20:30 Teen Mom 2 Jenelle is back with Kieffer after bailing him out of jail, but everything hits the fan when Barbara finds out that she’s been lying about Kieffer and kicks her out. Meanwhile Leah’s settling into her role as a stay-at-home mom, but feeling isolated she decides she wants to get a job. She gets lucky when she is hired as a dental assistant at her mom’s office, but has to deal with Corey’s trust issues around her working. Adam wants to get back together with Chelsea, but she struggles with whether to give him another chance. Kailyn and Jordan are getting more serious and she takes him trick or treating with her and Isaac for Halloween.
21:00 Teen Mom 2 Leah is devastated when she finds out Ali has a small optic nerve and needs to be sedated again for an MRI of her brain. After getting kicked out of her mom’s Jenelle is living in her car with Kieffer but things get intense when they get into a blow out fight about him drinking. Chelsea decides to give Adam another chance, re-tears her ACL and finds out she will have to have surgery. After finding a nasty note from her mom’s boyfriend, Kailyn wants to move out but needs to find a way to afford living on her own.
22:00 Teen Mom 2 Kailyn finds an apartment though a nonprofit organization and moves out without telling her mom. After a huge fight where Kieffer pushed her, Jenelle decides to file domestic charges against him and tries to convince her mom to let her come back home. Chelsea has knee surgery and has to rely on Adam to take care of Aubree while she’s recovering. Corey and Leah take Ali to get her brain MRI and get really emotional when they have to watch her get sedated again.
23:00 Teen Mom 2 Leah gets the results of Ali’s brain MRI and is relieved to find out there’s nothing wrong with her brain. Jenelle is spending time with Jace and finally at peace with her mom, but Kieffer calls and she agrees to take him to turn himself in for the domestic charges she filed against him. Kailyn and Jordan are having sex so she decides to try a new form of birth control, but struggles to have an adult conversation with Jordan about it. The day after her knee surgery Chelsea and Adam get into a fight and he storms off with Aubree, leaving Chelsea to fend for herself.

Jenelle and Kieffer reunite after he is bailed out of jail but tension builds when they have to face court for their breaking and entering charges. Chelsea takes steps towards being more independent and gets some surprising news that her old friend Megan is pregnant. Jo agrees to let Kailyn take Isaac for a few hours on his birthday so she can throw him a party, but Kailyn gets annoyed when she notices Jo’s not around when she drops Isaac off.
01:00 The Hills Kieffer gets upset that Jenelle hung out with an old boyfriend while he was in jail and breaks up with her. Leah gets the results of Ali’s genetic testing and finds out that she has no major genetic disorders. Chelsea finds a new apartment and moves in; but her relationship with Adam gets tenuous as he starts to slip back into his old ways. Kailyn gets into a car accident and has to buy a new car. She debates whether she should file for child support because she feels like Jo isn’t helping her out enough.

Chelsea searches for a new job to help pay rent and become independent, but her relationship with Adam is going downhill fast. Corey wants a new job and Leah is excited to move into a bigger house away from his parents. However, after thinking Ali was ok, they get an alarming letter that says she still may have some unknown genetic problem. Jo confronts Kailyn about filing for child support and they get into a big argument about who is the more responsible parent.
