'Stranger Things' Star Finn Wolfhard Has Fired His Agent Accused Of Sexual Assault
Due to all the information that is absolutely pouring out about the deplorable actions of Harvey Weinstein, Hollywood is (finally) taking some serious (sort of) action against sexual harrassment and assault. Now, 14-year-old Finn Wolfhard, star of 'Stranger Things' and 2017 film 'It', is taking action of his own.
Wolfhard has reportedly parted ways with talent agency APA in wake of sexual assault allegations against his former agent Tyler Grasham.
The first major allegation against Grasham was by the actor Blaise Godbe Lipman, who appeared in episodes of huge shows like Weeds and The Office. The actor made a few lengthy posts on Instagram discussing his assault experience and exposing Tyler Grasham and his actions.
It was in response to these allegations, as well as others made by actor Cameron Boyce, that reportedly spurred Wolfhard's decision.
APA has since fired Grasham and have released a statement.
“Tyler Grasham’s employment with APA has been terminated effective immediately,” the agency’s head of communications, Manfred Westphal, said.
