Here's Your First Look At Taika Waititi As Imaginary Hitler In 'Jojo Rabbit'
Like most Taika Waititi superfans, we're frothing to see his new WWII movie, Jojo Rabbit.
For one, it's been described as "anti-f*ckface satire" & secondly, the kiwi is teaming up with Hollywood A-listers Rebel Wilson & Scarlett Johansson.
Yesterday, the Thor: Ragnarok director took to Instagram to bless fans with some fresh BTS snaps from the film.
"Possibly the weirdest dinner I've ever been to," he captioned a pic of himself dressed as 'Imaginary Hitler' alongside Johansson.
"Teaching that Avengers lady how to do biscuit acting," he joked.
According to Deadline, the film follows “a 10-year old boy who struggles to find his place in an increasingly Fascist regime and turns to an imaginary friend when faced with the discovery that his mother is hiding a Jewish girl in their home.”
And Taika knows it is likely to p*ss off a lot of racists, but he's 100% readyf or it.
"I couldn't be more excited to finally ridicule Nazis and their beliefs," he told Newshub.
"This film is going to piss off a lot of racists and that makes me very happy."
