Uh Oh Taylor Swift’s New Track Has Caused A Right Ol’ Stir With Her British Fans
Taylor Swift’s Lover album has officially dropped and the world is quite frankly ~loving~ it with the record already surpassing 2 million sales in the past 24 hours.

However, there is one song that has the Internet a little bothered with its geographical logistics and it looks like Tay might have needed a bit more research.
Her track ‘London Boy’, which follows Swiftie’s dating life with a Londoner, doesn’t have the locals convinced.

While the song is super sweet and light, it’s giving some people major anxiety with the amount of travel she’s doing across town.
Taylor Swift's "London Boy' is super-nice, but the idea of doing Shoreditch in the afternoon, Brixton in the evening and then back to Highgate is giving me major London Underground anxiety #TaylorSwift #Lover pic.twitter.com/0WHoi9R59R

If Taylor Swift’s London song wanted to be truly authentic, she’d moan about having to get from Brixton to Shoreditch and then say ‘sorry, City Mapper says it’s going to take 79 minutes’

Also, the dates themselves apparently aren’t *top notch* experiences, such as strolling through Camden in the afternoon and checking out Hackney.
Taylor Swift’s new album has a track about London and I Have Some Concerns
1) No one enjoys walking Camden Market in the afternoon
2) Ditto an afternoon in the pub with our red trousered brethren while the rugby is on
3) Friends don’t make friends go to to the West End

The only acceptable song about Transatlantic dating is 'American Boy' by Estelle and I won't settle for anything less. #LondonBoy

As one use @AlexFinnis put it, this song is London’s ‘Galway Girl’ by Ed Sheeran.
But hey, we can’t argue with the numbers that this song still slaps!
