Tinie Tempah is coming to Australia this June
He was only here a few months ago for Future Music Festival where he showered the crowd in champagne, but the electro-fused rapper already can’t wait to get back to Oz having just announced some shows across the country.
The ‘Drinking From The Bottle’ singer has been absolutely killing it since collaborating with Swedish House Mafia on ‘Miami2Ibiza’ and also playing to a global audience of 23 million at the 2012 London Olympics Closing Ceremony.
Now off the back of his second album Demonstration, of which features songs with The Chemical Brothers and Diplo, the South Londoner will be playing gigs in Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane, Perth and Darwin but is unfortunately missing Sydney this time around.
It has been a big couple of months for Tinie who dropped a hard rocking video for single ‘5 Minutes’ in April, and more recently unveiled his free ‘Rap Demonstration’ app – which allows fans to rap along with the man himself whenever they hear a Tinie song, via custom built sound analysis software and video technology.
First things first though, with the rapper getting behind the wheel of a Bugatti Veyron before heading to Australia to take part in the Gumball Rally which see’s participants drive (fittingly) from Miami to Ibiza.
