Double Bay continues to come up in the ranks when it comes to new bar and dining venues, including the latest addition on the ground floor of the InterContinental, Mr. G’s Bar & Grill.
Imagine the best steak you've ever eaten....and then double it. Mr. G's is one of the only venues in Australia to use a wood fired charcoal driven oven (no gas or electricity!) so every cut is infused with a signature smoky flavour.
Headed by George Lucas’s private chef, Dave Little, the menu stands out from its surrounding venues, serving up stellar dishes including the kingfish tacos, chilli barbeque short rib with creamed corn and the Patagonian toothfish, which all melt in your mouth.
