EXCLUSIVE: Liza Koshy Announces She Will Film Special 'Liza Tries It' At VidCon Australia
We caught up with the pocket rocket YouTuber before she meets throngs of adoring fans at the Melbourne Convention Centre, for what is set to be the most massive VidCon Australia has ever seen.
Liza has enjoyed many successes since she started her YouTube channel but her "Liza Tries It" segments on TRL have launched her into total superstardom. She has announced today that she will head to MTV Australia's TRL booth at VidCon Australia to film a very special "Liza Tries It" which may or may not include Kangaroo (sorry, Liza!).
"The thing that I'm nervous about, and I've already tried it, it's vegemite," she admitted. "I'm ready to offend everyone out there. It's not good! Sorry!"
Ok, she's definitely going to have to try it again. Lol. Cannot wait to see her face.
She will also be making her way over to the Nickelodeon booth after it was announced she will host the reboot of the beloved show, "Double Dare".
"It was so amazing to do Double Dare and bring it back with, you know, a little ethnically mysterious looking brown girl. So we are reaching out to the new demographics that we've got out there," she said.
It seems as if her reach knows no bounds at the moment after she was spotted hanging out with Will Smith a few weeks ago. WHAT?!!!
She opened up about their friendship and said that it was a surreal moment meeting him.
"It just happened and it was the coolest thing ever," she said. "We ended up meeting out in Florida and then ended up going out on a boat together!"
As for a potential future collaboration between the pair?
"Maybe there's some more coming out too. But I'm excited," she responded coyly.
Well if that isn't a tease and a half! We will be waiting here by the internet until that golden nugget drops.
Catch Liza Koshy at VidCon Australia from Friday 31st August - Sunday 2nd September at the Melbourne Convention Centre. Grab your tickets here!
