Come Look At How These 5 Stars Got Their Insanely Swole 'Baywatch' Bods
We’ve all seen the pics, and we all can’t wait until the film hits screens next year, and regardless of how the stars of the film and their bodies made you feel (either really shameful or inspired), you have to hand it to them: it is clear that they’ve all worked really fkn hard. Here are 5 Baywatch cast members and how they achieved their f*ck off amaze bodies for the upcoming film.
Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson
So it’s no secret that Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson is, and always has been, completely and utterly ripped, and his physique has impressively never changed which he brings down to old fashioned hard work in the gym.
No magic formula or secret to success. I'm up at 4am daily and puttin' in the hard work that I already know my competition is not willin' to do. If they're willin' to get up at 4, then you bet your ass I'm gettin' up at 3. And if they're willin' to get up at 3am, then well... I'll be gettin' up at 2:59 cause that's just bullshit. I don't pretend to do it. I do it. Daily. It's my anchor and will always be my edge over my competition. You don't have to wake up at the ass crack of 4am dawn to find your anchor. Whatever it is that gives you "your edge" over everyone around you - then that's what you do. You find it, you apply it and you protect it. Whether it's your co-workers, teammates, classmates or business associates.. the #AnchorPhilosophy applies to every facet of our lives. #FindYourAnchor #CreateYourEdge #ProtectThemBoth #AndPlsDontGetUpAt4amCauseItAintPretty;)
The competitive former WWE wrestler gets up at 4am every morning where he implements heavy weights and cardio into his workout and as he's been filming Baywatch, that work-out has no doubt trippled in endurance and length but he still finds time to treat himself to a midnight snack every four days which includes a staggering amount of pancakes, steak and eggs.
Zac Efron has perhaps had the most jaw-dropping transformation for the film, getting into INSANE shape for his role in which he credits co-star The Rock for helping him achieve.
Obviously undergoing a gruelling physical regime which included “months and months of training” Zac pushed himself to the limits, taking his co-star’s life-time experience and knowledge of fitness to his advantage. The pair frequently participated in challenges on set which enabled the competitive Zac to go that extra mile.
Zac also admitted on his Twitter account that he underwent a sugar and carbs detox. “9 days of absolutely zero carbs and sugar. Only organic fed/free range protein and organic leafy greens.” He then admitted this lead to a cheat day, where he “devoured a steak, 4 side potatoes/veggies, mac n cheese, 3 desserts, bread/butter, brick o cheese and caviar”.
The gorgeous Sports Illustrated model is no stranger to swimwear so it comes as no surprise that she looks #flawless in the iconic red one-piece, and she brings it all down to getting active outside. Talking to Harpers Bazaar, the actress confessed, "I hate the gym, so anything outdoors. Run, hike, whatever, walk the beach.” And according to her Instagram, she isn’t lying.
The 30-year-old actress got into HECTIC shape for her role, showing all of her hardwork in the gym on Instagram:
The actress combines intermediate level weight training with fun cardio such as aerobics and the results are inspiring.
But, she still knows how to indulge, very well. Nearly all of her Twitter posts are about food, and include gems like:
Was so distracted by how good these chipotle chips are that I almost missed my turn to the wine store

The smouldering Charlotte McKinney has an absolutely amazing body, and her love of all-things excercise including Pilates, hot yoga and weight training has definitely paid off.
The Dancing With The Stars beauty also revealed to People magazine, that to get into shape for Baywatch, she has been sticking to a very strict diet, eating no more than 1184 calories in a day. Her gruelling diet includes hot water with lemon and a banana for breakfast, a quinoa burger with hummus and a kale salad for lunch and grilled shrimp and veggies for dinner. In between meals she snacks on blueberries and beetroot, ginger, lemon and apple juices.
Now as physically draining as all this sounds, their insanely ripped bodies are testament to hard work paying off.
So, if you want hot bodies like these? you know what to do:
