Pressing Questions With Mimi Webb

We accost British singer and songwriter Mimi Webb with a medley of life’s most pressing questions.

Mimi Webb’s arrival feels long overdue. The British singer-songwriter is giving Gen Z a powerhouse voice that stops you in your tracks, especially in comparison to the airy, feather-light vocals that dominate much of the charts right now.

Stepping onto the path paved by artists like Adele and Amy Winehouse, Mimi Webb’s take on soulful pop is both nostalgic and fresh. Take her latest single, “Dumb Love”. It soars and soars, with Webb milking every last moment to urge you to feel what she feels – both the warm highs and shivering lows.

As Webb’s star continues to rise, she took a minute to answer some of our most pressing questions, speaking about her father, fish and chips and Kissing Booth 3.
