Everyone's favourite human was innocently walking through Central Park when he happened upon Elizabeth and Ryan, a freshly married couple, posing for their wedding day pics. Being the ledge that he is, old Tommy boy decided to jump on in and give the happy couple the greatest gift - a totally ham series of Tom Hanks-approved photobomb pics.

The 60-year-old actor then went on to take a selfie for his own records and threw it up on Twitter passing on his congratulations.

No word on whether or not he stuck around for the reception but we have no doubt he and Rita will be having the newlyweds over for a BBQ pretty soon. And we'd like to come too.
