Spice Girls fans are shook as Mel B has just claimed she slept with bandmate Geri Halliwell at the height of the girl group’s fame.

News.com.au reported that Scary Spice Melanie Brown said the pair enjoyed a night of passion, which they “giggled” about afterwards.

Brown joked that Geri, who is now married to Formula One boss Christian Horner and has two children, would “kill her” for talking about their hook-up.

Brown also raved about Halliwell’s “great boobs”.

The Brit Award winning singer made the shock revelation as she spoke to Piers Morgan for his upcoming Life Stories series at a TV recording.

The report states that Mel nodded after Good Morning Britain’s Piers then asked: “Did you sleep with Geri like that?”

Brown said Ginger Spice Geri would be fuming at the revelations.

“She is going to hate me for this because she is all posh in a country house but it wasn’t a thing – it just happened and we just giggled at it and that was it."

“We were best friends,” the 'Wannabe' singer said. “It just happened. Have you ever done that? Yeah and I’ve said it now. All done.”

“You have never admitted this before, have you? People are going to be fascinated.” Piers said.

Mel answered: “Yeah, and I have said it now.”

Brown said Geri “is going to kill me and so is her husband.”

She told Piers Morgan she chose not to make the revelation in her book Brutally Honest because she said she wanted to focus on other aspects of her life.

The report also says that a source told The Sun: “The girls all know Mel struggles to keep her mouth shut but Mel C who was in the audience was visibly horrified when it all came out.

“The tour is just two months’ away they don’t want anything jeopardising it, but there were real fears this would upset Geri’s husband and causes serious issues.

“Since marrying Christian, Geri has worked hard to shake off her old playgirl image and sort of reinvent herself as this perfect Stepford Wife. Mel immediately rang Geri to try to repair the damage.”

Mel B has been open about her fluid sexuality, previously revealing she had a relationship with a woman for five years.

She told Piers it had been her happiest romance, and did not rule out settling down with a woman following her bitter divorce from husband of ten years Stephen Belafonte.
