It has been a truly trying time for Khloe Kardashian over the past week, and despite the good news regarding Lamar's health, she continues to stay by his side.

In a testament to her unwavering love for Lamar, Khloe has been sleeping in a pull-out bed next to him in the hospital and according to a source via People, "she wants to be there so that whenever he opens his eyes, he sees her."

In addition, Khloe's mother and sisters have been incredibly supportive throughout this whole ordeal with most of them making trips back and forth between Las Vegas and Los Angeles.

Since waking from his medically induced coma on Friday, Lamar has been making slow but positive progress with sources insisting that it has been in large thanks to the outpouring of love and support.

"Lamar is slowly making progress. Today has been a good day," a source told E! News. "There's a lot of praying going on."

E! reports that those milestones include; waking from the coma to say, "hey baby," to Khloe, communicating via hand signals, moving with assistance from his hospital bed, passing a swallow test and being removed from the ventilator, meaning he can now breathe on his own.

As many outlets are reporting he is not out of the woods yet, as the full extent of the damage to his vital organs is not yet known.

Whilst his progress is promising, those closest to him are still asking for prayer and support as he continues to heal.
