Girls star Lena Dunham has made her big ticket cameo in the new season of American Horror Story and -- well -- let's just say you may as well have stabbed a knife into the internet.

Her turn as real life radical feminist Valerie Solanas (the woman who shot Andy Warhol) in the most recent ep of AHS: Cult has not been received well by fans of the show.

Despite the mesmerising intensity of her performance, peeps on Twitter just couldn't seem to get past one teeny little thing: 

Probably still not as bad as Kathy Bates in AHS: Coven, TBH.
