July 23rd 2020 marks the 10-year anniversary of the creation of One Direction. Can you hekn believe it’s been a full decade since the world was introduced to this boyband?! Where did that time go, seriously?

Yep, on that day ten years ago, mastermind Simon Cowell foiled Harry Styles, Niall Horan, Zayn Malik, Louis Tomlinson and Liam Payne’s lives of mundane anonymity and threw them together to create One Direction as they competed in X Factor UK.

Which they ended up coming third place in, btw. Bonkers.

The Zach Sang Show asked Harry and Niall on separate occasions what they’ll be doing on that exact date – almost a little test to see if they knew what that momentous date meant.

Both of the boys had no clue it would be the 10-year anniversary and no plans made as of yet. *cries*

But Harry, despite worrying whether he’d still be in isolation (and it is likely), said “that’ll be a very emotional day, for sure.”

Niall, on the other hand, straight up said “No, we’ve got nothing planned. I’m sure we’ll meet up.”

EXCUSE US? “I’m sure we’ll meet up.” Oh, dear sweet Niall, we’re not going to hold you to that.
