Pinch Us Because Margot Robbie, Nicole Kidman & Charlize Theron Are In A Movie Together
Lionsgate Films has just dropped its first look trailer for its next flick and the cast is brimming with strong female talent.
Think Charlize Theron, Margot Robbie and Nicole Kidman and you’ve got Bombshell.
The trailer is pretty simple, just a couple of women popping into an elevator with a sprinkle of tension, but the story itself is explosive. The movie is inspired by true events and follows these women as they take on Fox News boss Roger Ailes and his “toxic male culture” at the network.
If you take a look at the trailer, Charlize Theron is almost unrecognisable as former Fox News anchor Megyn Kelly – she’s pretty well-known to completely transform herself for a role.
We’ve also got Kidman as American television journalist and author Gretchen Carlson, Robbie playing a fictional associate producer called Kayla Pospisil, and even a cameo by SNL's Kate McKinnon.
During the awkward elevator ride, the words “What started as a whisper, will end with a bombshell” appear between shots and boy do we want to know what these ladies are planning for their take down.
Guess we’ll have to wait until January 2020 to find out!
