Kanye West And Irina Shayk Are Almost Certainly Dating
So apparently the newly-divorced Kanye West is dating Irina Shayk, and after some of the weird celebrity couples that 2021 has brought us so far, this one almost feels normal.
On the other hand, TMZ seem to be extremely taken aback by the news, judging by their very shouty headline: “KANYE WEST REBOUNDS WITH IRINA SHAYK!!!”
You may recall that both of these people have very famous exes. Kim Kardashian filed for divorce from Kanye West about four months ago, while Russian supermodel (same!) Irina Shayk called it quits with Bradley Cooper in 2019. It’s fair to say that Yeezy and Kim’s divorce is a bit more zeitgeist, though: it’s slated to feature as a central plotline in the final season of Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
Kanye and Irina were reportedly seen frolicking around France’s Provence region on Tuesday, which was also West’s 44th birthday. “They were seen smiling and strolling around on the grounds of a luxury boutique hotel with some friends, but also by themselves ... looking very much like a couple,” the publication reported.
“TMZ has confirmed they are 100% romantically together, but our sources say it's unclear how serious they are at this point. In other words, yeah ... they're banging.” You heard it here first, folks! (Unless you didn’t.)
Word has it the rumoured couple has known each other for over a decade – Shayk starred in West’s “Power” music video back in 2010, and she also modelled Ye’s Winter collection at Paris Fashion Week a couple of years later.
So many questions remain. How does one just ‘move on’ after six years of marriage? Why do they have to be in France? And will West and Shayk have a cameo in the second season of Emily In Paris? We’ll have to wait and find out.
