In what must be a holiday miracle, we've been gifted with a Home Alone reboot and oh god this is good.

Macaulay Culkin has reprised his role as Kevin McCallister some 28 years after he played the lead role in Home Alone. In a 20-minute ad spruiking Google Assistant, the 38-year-old recreates some iconic scenes from the film including the infamous aftershave moment.

While his face has aged, he's still got that cheeky Kevin vibe.

It might not be the original and it might be an ad - but, we've missed ya, Kev. It's good to see you home alone, again. Althought slightly less concerning now that he's a middle-agged man.
