Justin Bieber Is Reportedly Suing The Two Twitter Users Who Claimed He Sexually Assaulted Them

The women went by Danielle and Kadi.

Justin Bieber is suing the two Twitter users who earlier this week accused him of sexual assault, reports TMZ.

Bieber is suing the two users – who went by ‘Danielle’ and 'Kadi’ – for defamation after they shared stories alleging the singer had sexually assaulted them in 2014 and 2015, respectively. Bieber says these allegations are not true

TMZ has apparently gotten hold of the legal docs filed by Bieber that said the allegations are “factually impossible” and that he has “indisputable documentary evidence” to prove the stories are nothing but “outrageous, fabricated lies.”

The documents then apparently went into specifics. Danielle had accused Bieber of sexually assaulting her in a Four Seasons hotel room in Austin, Texas on March 9, 2014 after he played at South By Southwest. Bieber claims that he had played at the music festival, but that he and his then-GF Selena Gomez had left together and stayed together at a rental property.

The musician supposes in the documents that Danielle must’ve read reports that he ate at the Four Seasons restaurant on March 10th, which, may have helped her to create what he calls a fabricated story.

The second user, Kadi, had claimed Bieber sexually assaulted her at the Langham Hotel in NYC on the morning of May 5, 2015. Like with Danielle’s story, TMZ reports that Bieber claims that Kadi somehow knew the singer had attended the Met Gala that night.

The documents, TMZ reported, say that yes, Bieber had gone to the Met Gala but that afterwards he'd hit up a private after-party until 4am before dropping by a hot dog stand. There are even pictures and witnesses that prove this, Bieber apparently wrote in the documents.

After Kadi’s post went up, fans found old tweets of hers – written after the alleged sexual assault – saying she'd never met the singer but was a huge fan. Kadi has since defended herself, writing, "Most of my mutuals are jb stans and it would’ve been weird if I randomly unstanned him without giving a reason. Because they all know I’ve been a belieber since 2010. But they don’t know what happened on May 5th 2015. So I just continued to stan."

(When we're confronted with sexual assault and rape allegations, it's important to note that just because an alleged victim's behaviour doesn't align with how most individuals assume they would act after a sexual assault, it doesn't automatically make an accuser's claims untrue.)

The legal documents from Justin Bieber's team (again per TMZ's reports) identified Kadi as a superfan who waits outside hotels for him, adding that her allegation was an “impossibility – a poor, but damaging, fabrication.”

Finally, the documents (according to TMZ's reports) suppose that the two Twitter accounts may be run by the same person, or that they teamed up to ruin his reputation online. He’s reportedly suing $10 million for each of the stories shared.
