Post Malone Announced He'll Be Performing A Nirvana Tribute Concert Live On YouTube
Write it in your diary team: Saturday morning 8:00am AEST, the glorious Post Malone will be giving the world a unique experience of covering Nirvana tracks on his YouTube Live.
Not so Post M-Alone now are we?
The ‘Sunflower’ singer will be coming to you live from the comfort of his home, serenading you through your screens with Nirvana covers and, of course, fan favourites of Posty’s very own songs.
But best part, it’s for charity. Viewers will have the prompt to donate to The United Nations Foundation’s COVID-19 Solidarity Response Fund throughout the livestream, with Google.org matching the donations 2:1 and up to $5,000,000!!
That’s a heck of a lot of moolah, and we reckon Posty can definitely reach that threshold.
Post Malone is a certified Nirvana superfan, with Kurt Cobain's mug tattooed on his knuckles and his 'Stay Away' forehead tattoo is a *literal* nod to the band's song of the same name.
What a way to kick off your Saturday morning with some Posty x Nirvana – we’ll be tuning in for sure.
