Have Our Besties Timothée Chalamet & Lily-Rose Depp Gotten Back Together?
It was almost a year ago to the date that we got the devastating (but for thirsty Chalamet Stans, great) news that Timothée Chalamet and Lily-Rose Depp had split up. The pair got together in 2018 and immediately gained a massive amount of shippers – the internet was obsédée.
But their split was confirmed in May 2020 when British Vogue declared he was "currently single".
A few months later, pics obtained by TMZ showed our fave brooding thespian hanging out by a pool in Cabo San Lucas and smooching Mexican actress Eiza González.
That relo apparently didn't last too long, and Timothée stayed a tad off the radar (except, of course, starring as Edward Scissorhands's son in an extremely adorable Super Bowl commercial).
But NOW. Some unverified sightings, blurry photos of two people that resemble Chalamet and Depp, plus a couple of anonymous tips sent in to a gossip page have set the rumour mill ablaze that the couple could be back together.
Last Wednesday, Timothée was reportedly in New York with an "unidentified woman". (Classic.) One source confirmed to E! however that it was absolutely Lily-Rose Depp. "It was her," the source stated, which, by the way, sounds strangely ominous?
Then, this photo emerges – showing two masked individuals casually walking side by side.
Instagram account Deux Moi posted a screenshot of two (unverified) anonymous messages they received from people claiming to have spotted the pair looking "low key". One of the people claimed they made "heavy eye contact" with Timmy boy and honestly, jealous as.
There's no concrete evidence to support their reunion as of yet, but we'll be keeping our eyes peeled in the hopes that these two extremely attractive babes are getting back together. It's what they both deserve.
In the meantime, we can enjoy Timmy's surprise cameo on Saturday Night Live where he [checks notes] plays a flute with Pete Davidson, for some reason. Watch below.
