Timothée Chalamet & Lily-Rose Depp Have Split So We’re Using Our Isolation To Prepare The Ultimate Swoop In
ChalaMOVE OVER PEOPLE. Timothée Chalamet is reportedly back on the market so prepare for a stampede.
The King actor was dating his co-star Lily-Rose Depp (yes, of the Johnny Depp lineage), but a recent interview now has us believing their year-long romance over.
We cried a single tear and then began making our game plan:
Step 1. Learn French.
Step 2. Become well-versed in film and directors, particularly Paul Thomas Anderson.
Step 3. Save pennies to book a flight to New York City when the world is back to normal and hunt down Chalamet in his Hell’s Kitchen abode or at his regular coffee spot ‘Mud’.
Step 4. Make loud film remarks in French to catch his attention then take matters in your own hands and propose. Fool proof.
Okay back to the news at hand.
There’s been no ~official announcement~ so to speak, but in the May 2020 issue of British Vogue, the publication notes he is single (and ready to mingle?).
“Chalamet, currently single, is remaining tight-lipped about plans for his new London life…” the publication casually wrote about his upcoming West End stint in the theatre show, 4000 Miles.
So, there’s that.
Lily and Timothée were first romantically linked in October 2018 when they were seen strolling through Central Park in NYC with some casual dates spotted around the city over the following weeks.
Then there were those iconic make-out photos on a boat in Italy last year. How could you forget?
And of course, their red-carpet debut to promote The King:
Timothée notably dated Madonna’s daughter, Lourdes Ciccone Leon, in high school, so look, he has exceptional taste but that doesn't mean we're out of the running. Does it?
The Academy Award nominated actor is appearing in the upcoming Wes Anderson film The French Dispatch and has recently released the first look at his role in Denis Villeneuve’s remake of Dune alongside Zendaya, Rebecca Ferguson and Jason Momoa.
We’ve got a lot of Chalamet on our hands and we’re ready to have a whole lot more.
