Courtney Love Covered Radiohead's Iconic 'Creep' And It's Pretty Fkn Amazing

Love.

This week, a big celeb bash in LA happened, held by Linda Perry to launch a new track of hers "Hands of Love", which was performed by Miley Cyrus for the Ellen Page film Freeheld.

Miley controversially didn't show up for the party, where she was due to perform, preferring to stay in Oz where she's been holidaying with ex-love Liam Hemsworth. But someone who DID perform at the event was Courtney Love, widow of late Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain, and icon of early 90's grunge. Courtney covered what is arguably the biggest Radiohead track of all time, Creep, and she did it spectacularly. Check it out:

Sure, Courtney is a bit insane and kind of a mess in this clip, but it all sort of WORKS, doesn't it? Her voice is definitely not what it used to be, but Creep is such an emotive, desperate song that her cracking, husky sound makes the cover even more heart-wrenching than the original.

Whatever, we love it.
