For some reason, Guy Sebastian and Shannon Noll - winner and runner-up of Australian Idol's first season in 2003 - have made a resurgence into the Australian pop cultural zeitgeist throughout the past year and we're not mad.

Last month, Nollsie of course was arrested after having a biff with a security guard at Adelaide strip club, Crazy Horse.

Guy Sebastian, that lil legend, saw his opportunity to poke a bit of fun at the incident last week and, as luck would have it, absolutely smashed him.

It seems like Nollsie has taken all of it with an unshakeable grin, however, as he has now addressed the arrest as well as given Sebastian some great banter in a single Instagram post. Point 1 Nollsie.

Look, we're not sure where this good yarn between the boys is headed but we don't think we're being too dramatic in saying that it might, just might, restore all things good in the world.
