Twitter Has So Many Feelings About Jennifer Aniston & Justin Theroux's Split
Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux have decided to separate after two and a half years of marriage, revealing that the decision 'was mutual and lovingly made' at the end of last year.
News of the amicable split broke last night and fans quickly jumped on social media with their reactions, with many making the observation that both Jen and her ex-husband Brad Pitt are single rn... just saying.
"In an effort to reduce any further speculation, we have decided to announce our separation. This decision was mutual and lovingly made at the end of last year. We are two best friends who have decided to part ways as a couple, but look forward to continuing our cherished friendship," began a statement released by Jen's publicist.
The statement continued: "Normally we would do this privately, but given that the gossip industry cannot resist an opportunity to speculate and invent, we wanted to convey the truth directly. Whatever else is printed about us that is not directly from us, is someone else's fictional narrative. Above all, we are determined to maintain the deep respect and love that we have for one another."
There was no shortage of Twitter reactions, loads of which had a certain two words in common: Brad Pitt.
You can always count on the people of Twitter to bring the lols, but let's be honest, it's unlikely that Jennifer has a Bennifer reunion on her mind right now.
