Things are movin' on up for Gwen Stefani.

Not only has she bagged herself a new man, she's moving out of her ~insane~ Beverly Hills mansion for some new digs.

The property, nicknamed The Summit, was originally nabbed by Gwen and her ex-hubby Gavin Rossdale and now comes with an easy price tag of $35 million.

The 12,000-square-foot home features seven bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, a huge outdoor dining area, infinity pool, tennis court, playground, gym and guesthouse overlooking the picturesque San Fernando Valley.

Oh, and even though it was once owned by J-Lo from 2000-2004, it's VERY Gwen Stefani.
