Nearly five years ago, Mackenzie (Douthit) McKee gave birth to her first child on 16 and Pregnant — and now the former Teen Mom 3 cast member has just welcomed her third munchkin.

The 21-year-old and her husband Josh are the proud parents of Broncs Weston Mckee, she announced on Instagram nearly one week after his birth.

"On Monday, I was told to get to the hospital ASAP and not knowing anything I was prepped for surgery," she wrote, while explaining that she immediately had a C-section. "At 6:00 pm I had Broncs Weston Mckee who was 20 inches and 10 pounds 1 ounce born at 36 weeks. He was rushed to NICU and I didn't hear a word about how he was for 5 hours.

She continued: "I had to wait four days to hold him so I haven't posted much. But Mr. Broncs man is a fighter and it's a miracle he is with us. We are making baby steps daily and so so in love with him. Thank you everyone who has been praying for us and sending us love."

Mackenzie followed up the initial post with her "complete" clan, also featuring Baby B's eldest sibling Gannon (who made his debut during the aforementioned docu-series) and sister Jaxie Taylor (who arrived in February 2014).

"What a beautiful moment," Mackenzie captioned the sweet image above. "Our first family picture together and we are complete💙 #themckees @joshmckee28."
