Interrupting Your Day To Let You Know That Zac Efron Has A Glorious Mullet Now

Zac Efron finally got himself a mullet. We couldn’t be happier with this turn of events.

Zac Efron has completed his full transformation into a true blue Aussie by getting himself a full-on mullet. We don't want to say we told you so but we kinda predicted this would happen.

Yep, Attaboy Barbers in Kent Town, South Australia shared on Instagram that when the actor had come in for a "tidy up", they'd instead blessed him with a mullet. (They are now our fave people from the year.) And that's not all: while Zefron was there, he also decided to do the barber's manager a solid, giving him a fresh cut too.

"He also gave the boss man, Robby, a trim – and made him feel 17 again," a barber shop employee wrote on Instagram. God, Zac is a legend.

Zac has been gracing Australia with his presence since about March this year – likely to escape the pandemic situation in the US. While he's mostly been hanging out in Byron with his Aussie girlfriend Vanessa Valladares, he's recently been spending some time in SA, filming a new Stan Australia thriller called Gold

The film is reportedly set to follow two strangers travelling through a desert as they come across the biggest nugget of gold ever found. Apparently, they hatch a plan to protect and excavate their loot with one dude leaving the other completely alone in the desert while he gets the equipment. Drama ensues.

Zefron recently shared a pic to Instagram from the set of him, dust-covered and bearded, sitting under a makeshift tent pitched from a tree. "No signal out here in the desert…" he'd captioned it.

It's not known if Valladares is with him now in SA, but, given they were spotted stepping out of a gym together there just a couple weeks ago, we're guessing she is.

No word yet on where they'll be spending Chrissy, but here's hoping we'll get to see some more pics of Zefron and his mullet tucking into some lunchtime prawns. God willing.
