We can feel the flames radiating through our computer screens as we watch the sixth music edition instalment of Jimmy Kimmel’s Mean Tweets. It just never gets old!!!!!!
Someone pass us some ice because these flames ~burn~
This time around we see some perfect retorts from Billie Eilish and Chance the Rapper, but it was, of course, the outspoken and exuberant Cardi B and Lizzo that had us in stitches.
Lizzo’s hater tweeted, “Lizzo. Bus passes and happy meals. Two things that I imagine #Lizzo has seen a lot of,” to which she aptly responded, “Yeah, I’m a big bitch and I ride a bus. A tour bus, mother f*cker. Where’s yours?”
Um, how can someone even top that? We’d jump on that bus any day. And 98% sure this tweeter would also be a fan of bus rides and Maccas, are we right?
Cardi B rounded out the video in a classic Cardi B response.
Her mean tweet read, “I just watched a muted performance of Cardi B and that bitch just looks loud without any sound on. Like no thank you.”
Cardi simply responded by saying, “How do I look loud? How do I look loud? I'm loud? I don't even think I'm like loud,” closing it off with, “Suck my ass.”
Eloquent, articulate and straight to the point.
With a combined estimated net worth of over $10 million, let’s just say there’s little these keyboard warriors can do to dampen their spirits.
As much as we don’t condone mean tweets, they do make great content for these absolute talents.
