Sources said that the 31-year-old Orange Is The New Black star and her new BF were kissing and dancing all night at the Weinstein Company/Netflix SAG Awards afterparty in Hollywood.

It's not known how long the two have been a couple but it looks like the pair crossed paths back at the 2014 Emmy Awards.
