Bae Watch Continues: Zac Efron Was Just Spotted In Bondi By Bachelor Star Laura Byrne
Zac Efron, who’s been living in Byron Bay for the last few months, is now in Bondi – apparently.
Zefron is on the move!
The actor, who’s been in Byron since the start of the pandemic, is now in Bondi. Or so says former Bachelor winner Laura Byrne. On her podcast Life Uncut this week, Laura dropped that she’d been walking past a restaurant on Bondi Road when she saw a guy in the window she thought was "good looking."
“And I looked at his face and I was like, ‘Holy shit, that’s Zac Efron,’" she said. "And he saw that I saw him, and he saw that I recognised him. It was 100 percent Zac Efron. He’s in Bondi – all you single ladies, get down here!”
Major. But also, why? Why would the notoriously private actor decide to venture into one of the busiest beaches in the country? Your guess is as good as ours.
Laura didn’t mention whether or not Zac was with him rumoured girlfriend, former Byron waitress Vanessa Valladares. The two were recently snapped in Byron holding hands and grabbing lunch, and reportedly even went on a ski holiday to Thredbo together. Lovely.
Earlier this week, Zac was announced to be cast in a new movie based on Stephen King’s novel Firestarter. Between that and his casting in Disney+’s Three Men and a Baby, it’s looking like he’ll have to spend a significant chunk of time back in Hollywood.
Which would be great news for his mates back there, who, according to Woman’s Day, keep asking him, ‘When are you coming home?’.
“We miss him!” one friend reportedly told the tabloid. “But Zac’s focus is on Vanessa and he brushes off the question. He’s completely lost it over this girl and says he’s never felt so free and alive – she cuts through all his Hollywood bullshit and he can’t get enough of it.”
Maybe this Bondi jaunt is his last stop before he heads off? We're not crying, you're crying.
