Get ready for some hectic PDA, because Heidi Klum has been spotetd with her toy boy lover Vito Schnabel in Sardinia, Italy.

Just after news Erica Packer née Baxter and Heidi's ex-husband Seal are canoodling, the 42-year-old supermodel and 29-year-old art curator were seen sunning themselves on the beach and snogging each other's faces off. 

The couple are holidaying with a mutual friend, well known artist Jeff Elrod, and we couldn't be more jealous of all the #EuroSummer activities the trio are partaking in.
