The Bob's Burgers Movie Finally Has A Release Date & We Are Salivating

...

It’s time to put in some calendar alerts because The Walt Disney Studios has handed us our cinema guide for the next three years!

After recently acquiring the Fox film studios, the juggernaut production company has unveiled a slate of new movies and updated the arrival times of their already announced flicks.

However, one movie in particular stands out on the bill (or should we say bob?).

In amongst the humungous list is Bob’s Burgers, slated for release in 2020. That’s right, our favourite Ocean Avenue family is hitting up the big screen in their own movie in less than a year and the Internet is going bonkers.

According to The A.V. Club, the series creator Loren Bouchard has teased that many mysteries of the show will be resolved, including why Louise has bunny ears and more about Bob’s enigmatic mother.

It’s pretty clear that Disney has an epic monopoly on the movie industry, with their name behind major franchises such as The Avengers, Avatar and Star Wars. It’s actually slightly terrifying.

The Studios now owns Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Lucasfilm, Fox, Fox Searchlight and Blue Sky Studios – pretty much any blockbuster you’ll see over the summer will be birthed from their loins.

As for 2019, some films not to be missed on the line-up include the live-action remake of Aladdin, Toy Story 4, a live-action The Lion King, Fox film The Woman In The Window, Ford v. Ferrari starring Matt Damon and Christian Bale; as well as another Star Wars and Frozen 2.

And Avatar fans can rejoice because the film that grossed more than US$2.7 billion at the box office is turning into a franchise with five instalments planned, taking us all the way to 2027.

It seems like it’s time to re-watch our Bob’s Burgers and start prepping our body for a few years of blue Avatar paint!
