Good news! It looks like the powers that be at Instagram and Facebook have finally decided to put age restrictions on the promotion of any comestic surgery services and diet products on their platforms. Now if you’re under 18, you won’t be able to see any content relating to those sh*tty detox teas, appetite suppressant lollipops and the like.

Actor and body positivity campaigner, Jameela Jamil, is said to have played a role in bringing these new restrictions to life. She took to Twitter and Instagram to share the news, calling the move a “huge step” in the right direction.
