Sofia Richie & Scott Disick's Relationship Is Supposedly 'Simmering Down', Whatever That Means
In the latest instalment of the never-ending love story of Sofia Richie, 21, and Scott Disick, 37, the couple appears to be drifting apart again.
A source told Us Weekly, Scott and Sofia's relationship – reportedly back on after breaking up in May – has in recent weeks “cooled off.”
“Scott and Sofia have simmered down a little and Scott has been making a big effort to refocus on himself and his family,” the source said. “Their relationship has taken a bit of a backseat and it’s not either of their main priorities right now.”
The last we’d heard of them, Sofia was conveniently posting thirst traps while Scott Disick had been hanging out with ex Kourtney Kardashian, their three kids and Kourt’s family in Malibu. A coincidence? Surely not. Tell us you don't think this is one for Scott:
Scott and Sofia first broke up back in May, and it's been a wild ride since then, with rumours soon swirling that he was giving things another go with Kourt. Kourt was then been spotted wearing his flannel tee. Scott joked about it. Sofia was upset. We struggled to keep up. Fun times.
Then came the end of July, when it looked like Scott and Sofia were back on. How do we know this? Well, Sofia shared a photo from Scott’s lounge room (to Kourtney's dismay, people speculated) and the two were papped spending a beach day together. At the time, a source told People the couple is “trying to make things work while taking things slow.”
Suffice to say: it’s been… a lot. So, it’s no wonder the pair might just wanna take a step back from it all. But are they actually taking a step back from eachother too? Time – and more sources – will tell.
In other news, Scott and Kourt’s youngest, Reign, finally had a haircut.
Set to be a little heartbreaker, that one.
