1984 Cadillac Eldorado
Big Ron's 1984 Cadillac El Dorado is a far cry from the literal translation meaning "the gilded one." After losing the vinyl top on the freeway and the front grill decided to take a left turn while the car went right, it is clear this baby is in desperate need of some West Coast Customs lovin'.
When Xzibit shows up at Big Ron's, he can't help but dance for joy. Finally, X and the guys at WCC will turn this ride back into the ultra luxury vehicle it was once was. After all, this Caddy should live up to its name. X is choked up as he prepares to reveal the ride to the guys at the garage, but not because the car is in such horrible shape: the headlining had fallen off, leaving the padding exposed and prone to flying into the eyes and throats of anyone inside the vehicle. Luckily, Big Ron has a pair of ski goggles handy for X to use on the ride over to the shop.
The guys at West Coast don't waste any time, completely gutting the vehicle as soon as it arrives at the garage. Out with the dirty blonde interior and in with the brand new, custom monogrammed white leather with orange piping. Along with the seats, the steering wheel bears the initials "B R" for Big Ron. The dull, faded black paint job is swapped with a few coats of sunset pearl. A retro-inspired design in raspberry and white contrast the bright orange base.
The padding on the ceiling that once bared the handprints of the Caddy's passengers is replaced with a Plexiglas autograph board. 24K gold rims are added to the new wheels along with a gold grill to match. The trunk is home to two 15-inch monitors, an Xbox with Dance Revolution so Big Ron can show off his moves anywhere, and a brand new Yamaha digital drum set. Big Ron is overjoyed when he sees his newly pimped out Cadillac. After a few rounds of Dance Revolution with the guys at WCC, he heads back home to show off his new ride. This Cadillac can finally live up to its name, the El Dorado, because it is now literally "the gilded one."25/10/2004 - 20:15

1991 Ford Escort
Kiearah's 1991 Ford Escort looks more like an art project than a reliable mode of transportation. After all, her boyfriend had a little too much fun spray painting her non-existent hub caps and tires after taking out most of the dashboard. In addition, the body of the car is all beat up after a stray shopping cart decided to tango with her car. It is clear the Escort needs an escort to West Coast Customs.
Xzibit is just the man to make it happen. When he arrives at Kiearah's door, you can barely make out a word she says in her high pitched screams. X can't help but laugh at Kiearah's makeshift AC--a house fan plugged into a power converter mounted on the dashboard. Thankfully, X is more than willing to convert this ride into a top-shelf pimped out ride so Kiearah's hip-hop dance students will finally take her seriously.
The West Coast Customs crew takes their newest challenge in stride. In an attempt to make this ride into a European luxury vehicle, the grill, headlights, head skirts, hood, along with the back fin and bumper are replaced with BMW M3 parts. To make the transition more believable, 2Shae gives the body a nice shade of Euro Red. Ish gives the torn and peeling interior a facelift with peanut butter colored leather.
The non-existent visors are replaced with new ones holding 5-inch monitors. These two monitors are contrasted by the two 7-inch monitors on the back of the headrests. The back seats are replaced with two 15-inch woofers and a leather/wood encased amp rack. To help Kiearah reach her goal of becoming a lead singer in a rock band, the crew included a recording studio, mounted on her car audio interface. After X recorded a track on the mic installed on her headrest, Kiearah heads on home to show off her new European ride. Kiearah can finally drive around without feeling embarrassed about her ride, because it is now an entertainment & music studio on wheels.01/11/2004 - 20:18

1958 VW Bus
X and the boys at West Coast Customs are more than ready to pimp yet another ride. A fanatic surfer, high-school student Ryan says he's spent a goldmine on his 1956 Volkswagen van, and although the epoch vehicle is windowless, covered with rust, and must be hotwired in order for the engine to start, Ryan claims that it is the car of his dreams.
Xzibit and the gang, however, have big plans to turn this wagon from mad old to pimpin' and bold by installing a 40" flat screen TV, clothes dryer, smoothie machine, and an automated pull-down surf board roof rack, just to name just a few, special features.
After a world of hard work, the guys complete the job with a coat of lime-green paint, and safari windows. Xzibit adds an extra surprise and presents Ryan with a brand new surfboard and wet suit. Ryan is overjoyed with his new ride and can't thank X and West Coast enough. Cowabunga dude!08/11/2004 - 20:17

1985 Suburban
Alice's 1985 Chevy Suburban could be easily mistaken for a mobile junk yard. While most Suburbans sport roomy passenger seating, Alice's ride is filled with tires suited for monster trucks. No wonder Alice and her friends are embarrassed to cruise in this ride.
Luckily, X and the guys at West Coast Customs have some tricks up their sleeves. After all, Alice, an aspiring hair & make-up stylist shouldn't be seen in a car where the doors don't open or close correctly. Say goodbye to the exposed wiring on the inside roof and no more marks on the hood where angry passerby's took out their frustration. It's time the Crew made this Chevy mirror Alice's personality--tough on the outside and feminine on the inside.
First things first, Alice's ride is completely gutted, and the rust spots all over the truck are sanded out. Next, a fresh coat of custom-color paint is added. In addition to the 23" monitor and Xbox in the back of the truck, eight 10" woofers line the headboard of the loveseat that Ish custom built in place of the third-row seating.
When Alice sees her newly transformed ride, she is so overwhelmed that she can't stop shaking. She is in awe of the 6" monitors under a Plexiglas cover that line the floor of the passenger area. The guys installed a custom made sink and vanity area so Alice can fix up her make-up with her new make-up kit, neatly tucked away in the center console, after a long day. Alice can finally drive to her client's homes without feeling embarrassed; her tank has been pimped into a Class-A ride.15/11/2004 - 20:17

1987 Chevrolet Blazer
Erin's 1987 Chevy Blazer is far from blazin' these days. The monster of a ride looks like a monster with dents galore, chipping paint and Erin even has to use a screwdriver to open the doors!
Erin wants a ride that represents her hardworking and determined personality, not a hunk of junk. After all, she bought this ride with her own money when she was only 16 years-old, and since then, has sunk about 10G's into the Blazer. This ride is in need of some serious help, and fast.
Once again, it's X to the Z to the rescue. When our pimp-master arrives on the scene and checks out all of the dings and dents on this whip, he's convinced it's the ride of a stunt driver. But, surprisingly enough, it's Erin's baby.
Erin is thrilled to see Xzibit on her doorstep, but the guys at West Coast aren't so thrilled to see the Blazer in their garage. It's going to be a tough, but the West Coasters love a challenge. They get right on the job stripping the paint, banging out the dents and then start to add a little West Coast love.
The guys add a sun-roof to the ride, some 20" rims, titanium speakers, and a voice-activated juke box complete with a 7" touch screen monitor. And that's not all. To make sure the blaze is really back in the Blazer, the West Coast crew installed a fireplace in the trunk, perfect for a little late night romance. And to keep the new Blazer dent free, Erin now has a backup sensor, which lets Erin know when she's coming close to a collision. It's not any voice though. When Erin throws into reverse, it's Xzibit's voice that announces she's backing on up.
Erin is overjoyed with her new ride, and can't wait to take it to the streets. It's another ride well-pimped for the guys at West Coast, and the blaze is definitely back in the Blazer.22/11/2004 - 20:16

1988 Acura Legend
Josh's 1988 Acura Legend is far from legendary--it barely qualifies as a vehicle when we first meet him. A chain and padlock hold down the hood and the electrical wiring is so confused, the windshield wipers go off every time Josh honks his horn. Josh teaches inner-city kids, so he needs a ride that they can respect and one that shows the kids that decent, hardworking people are paid back in life.
Thankfully, Xzibit and the guys at West Coast Customs are willing to lend their magical, mechanical touch. When X arrives at Josh's house, Josh is so psyched, he can't help but to run over and give X a giant bear hug, lifting him into the air. X is a bit shocked by this gesture, but definitely understands Josh's excitement.
At first, the guys at West Coast are overwhelmed by the site of the Legend, but after some tough labor the detached bumper will no longer be occupying the better half of the vehicle, and Josh's girlfriend will finally be able to sit shotgun. 2Shae gets to work on the body with a coat of the official color of WCC, Oriental Blue. To give it that extra shine and sparkle, he puts on a coat with metallic flakes. Ish accents the brand new, blue leather interior with alligator skin to match Josh's alligator shoes. Adding to the exterior, Alex uses 18-inch chrome rims to fully pimp out the Acura.
A few last minute touches are added to Josh's car before he sees his new ride. The previously non-existent radio is replaced by a brand new XM satellite radio system and an MP4 player so he can listen to music and watch music videos. The back of the driver and passenger seats are complete with 10-inch monitors and a Playstation 2. The armrest in the back has a 7-inch DVD player to complete the entertainment system.
When the crew reveals Josh's new Acura Legend, he is so excited he can't stop hugging everyone in the room. As if the new body, interior and electronics weren't good enough, the guys left a few surprises in the trunk to help Josh out. A custom made rolling, bowling ball rack and hidden bowling shoe compartment allow Josh to safely store his bowling equipment in the trunk. In addition to the ball cleaner/polisher, 2Shae custom painted a brand new WCC bowling ball. X presents Josh with a WCC bowling shirt before he heads home in his new ride. Josh can finally drive around with confidence and respect.29/11/2004 - 20:12

1989 Nissan 240SX
Quoc-Viet had good intentions when he tried to customize his 1989 Nissan 240SX. While buying an assortment of custom body parts for his ride had seemed like a good idea, actually installing the parts was another problem. The double-sided tape holding together the body kit has begun to lose its grip, but the WCC crew has just what the doctor ordered.
Xzibit arrives to find Quoc-Viet's car in shambles. In place of the passenger's seat, he finds the radiator fan, headlights, gaming controllers, and more random stuff that has no business being there. Despite the fact that Quoc-Viet's rearview mirror is adorned with lucky charms, the car is a disappointment to his girlfriend and family. Luckily, the crew is ready to transform this junk pile into the car of his gaming dreams.
Using the Nissan 240SX in Need for Speed Underground 2, 2Shae begins by customizing the body to match the car in the game. After a coat of custom made green, 2Shae designs some graphics to accent the paint job. Big Dane adds neon lights, inside and out, from the trunk to the underbody, even under the hood around the engine!
Before Quoc-Viet arrives, Mad Mike installs three seven-inch monitors along with three twelve-inch monitors, all ready and wired to the three Xbox consoles lining the backseats. Quoc-Viet's ride also gets 12-inch woofers lined with neon lights in the trunk. When Quoc-Viet sees his new ride, he can't believe his eyes. His favorite gaming ride has come to life, right before his eyes. Now, when he isn't on the road cruising around in his new ride, he can race the same car with up to 12 players on the brand new gaming center in his trunk. He can finally ride around with his girlfriend and his family can be proud of his ride.06/12/2004 - 20:34

2005 Toyota 4Runner
West's 41-year-old ride is over twice his age, but no one is sure how much longer this Ford Fairlane is going to ride on. With nothing but tape holding it together in places, West may have to begin to look for a new whip, unless the guys at West Coast Customs get on the job, and quick.
When Xzibit rolls on into the garage with the Fairlane, the boys can't believe their eyes. This ride is definitely a classic, but not exactly practical for a 19-year-old guy about to start college. Seeing that West wants to go to college to become a mechanic, the WCC guys decide to leave the Fairlane just as it is for him to one day fix up himself with his future mechanic skills.
West still needs a ride though, and no one leaves West Coast Customs without a smile on their face, and an ultra-hot ride. X gets on the horn, and before we can say "pimped out ride," a brand new, 2005 Toyota 4Runner pulls into the garage. Now the WCC boys have something they can work with.
Everyone gets right on the job, giving this new ride a custom paint job, chrome rims, and more gadgets than are in an electronics store. When West comes to see his new ride, he nervously awaits while the boys unveil it. Shocked, West soon discovers his old ride with no work done to it. X momentarily enjoys West's confusion, before showing him his completely different, new ride.
West is overjoyed with his 4Runner and can't believe he has an entirely new car, complete with direct satellite, 2 15-inch monitors, and a monitor underneath the ride, because if West wants to be a mechanic, he'll be spending a lot of time down there. X even gives West a special gift to help him in school, a Sony Vaio laptop.
West is left utterly speechless, but can't wait to take his 4Runner for a spin. Xzibit and the guys at West Coast have definitely outdone themselves this time, pimpin' rides and changing lives.13/12/2004 - 20:16
