The Trailer For Meghan And Harry’s New Oprah Interview Is Really Very Dramatic
Has anyone been watching the Meghan and Harry show, lately? First they lived in the UK, now it's the US! First they had one child, and soon it will be two! All that, and a podcast to boot.
Given their achievements, it's only natural the two would take to the American talk show circuit: they've already been interviewed by James Corden on the Late Late Show, and soon we'll get to see them confront her royal highness herself: Oprah Winfrey.
This is apparently such a big deal that CBS, the US TV network airing the interview, knocked up an extremely extra trailer for the occasion. Have a watch below.
One can only admire the producers who whipped this puppy up. The music, for one thing, seems better suited for an action trailer, what with its building intensity and general orchestral flamboyance. For a bunch of people sitting on wicker chairs, it's all very Lord Of The Rings. But hey, you've got to cultivate an audience somehow.
The interview, dubbed Almost Unsurvivable (again with the cinematic darkness) will air in the US on March 7. While there's no talk yet on when the interview will reach our shores, we're hopeful it will be soon. We'll let you know when we have a date.
In the meantime, brace yourselves. I guess.
