Harry Styles Also Sucks At Dating This Year
Had the worst year of dating? Fret not, you’re in the exact same boat as Harry Styles, who apparently hasn’t dated one bit during the pandemic either.
“His dating life has been pretty nonexistent during lockdown because he’s been so careful to respect quarantining rules and social distancing,” a source supposedly told Us Weekly. And of course he has – that little gem.
The source continued: “He and his roommates are quarantining together in LA, waiting for the world to return to normal like the rest of us, though Harry has made some trips back to London for work and family purposes.”
Though, supposedly, he does have his eye on a few lucky ladies he’d like to take out should restrictions in his home state of California be eased.
“He’s got some options in the pipeline in terms of who he’d like to date under the right circumstances, but nothing intense or formal,” the source said. “He’s in no hurry at all. It’s a genuine, go-with-the-flow attitude, although it goes without saying he certainly won’t be single in the long term.” And of course not – he’s Harry Styles, for god's sakes.
Harry Styles, who previously dated Taylor Swift and Kendall Jenner, was most recently with model Camille Rowe. The pair started dating mid-2017, but split a year later. Hazza has spilled that not only was Rowe the inspiration for his track “Cherry”, and many of the sentiments expressed on his second solo album Fine Line, but her voice actually appears on it too.
“When we listened back to the album, I asked her to add [her voice] in,” he told presenter Zane Lowe at the time. “I think she liked it.”
He continued: “’Cherry’ is about… I wanted it to reflect how I felt then. I was feeling not great. It’s about being not great. Because you get petty when things don’t go the way you want it. There’s parts that’s so pathetic.”
So there ya have it: news (albeit from a murky source) that, just like you, Hazza isn’t getting that much closer to finding The One either. Whew.
