Entertainment Tonight is reporting that Liam Hemsworth and Miley Cyrus are donezo for real, as Hemsworth has officially filed for divorce from his long-time lover.

On top of that, somewhat thankfully, Entertainment Tonight also says that the two had a prenup agreement, which means there won't be any bickering over money.

Court documents say that Hemsworth is asking for the court to "terminate the court's ability to award spousal support to either party" and is also asking that both parties pay their own attorney's fees.

It's been a pretty wild couple of weeks since the break-up was announced less than a fortnight ago. Hemsworth has had to cancel his upcoming promo tour, while Cyrus has apparently moved on very quickly with Kaitlynn Carter, who just broke up with her ex-husband Brody Jenner. It's all too hard to keep up with.

Neither party has been particularly silent on the break-up though. Liam posted a statement on Instagram, saying "a quick note to say that Miley and I have recently separated and I wish her nothing but health and happiness going forward."

Meanwhile, Miley opted for a more creative option and put her thoughts in new song 'Slide Away', which is just a little bit devastating.
