Feast Your Eyes On Zac Efron's Lush New NSW Bush Property. That’s Right, He's Staying Here For Good.
Dreamboat and former wildcat Zac Efron has just blessed us with the greatest news. He’s just settled on an extremely luxurious bush property outside of Byron Bay, so his status as an honorary Aussie is official honey. He. Is. OURS.
Domain this week reported that a bush property in the Tweed Valley between Byron Bay and the Gold Coast has settled in the name of Zachary Efron (why is his full name so hot?) for a cool $2 million AUD.
The property is almost 130 hectares, with its own creeks, waterfalls and bushwalking trails. Zac, can you please throw a gigantic house / block of land-warming party and invite all your fans? There's nothing I want more in this life than to recreate the iconic pool party song from High School Musical 2, but beneath Zac Efron's new private waterfall.
To make the whole thing even more official, Efron's leaving his LA mansion behind. The house has been on the market since late last year, when it was listed for $7.58 million AUD. He's now cut the price to $7.16 million AUD – thank god, that's way more in my price range.
Located in the LA neighbourhood of Loz Feliz, it's a stunning four-bedroom with a guest house, views of the ocean, a gym, a wine cellar, a pool and a spa with a waterfall. It seems he's traded up the faux waterfall for a real one in the Aussie bush. And so he should.
We panicked a bit that Efron would be leaving us after reports that he'd recently split with his Byron Bay girlfriend Vanessa Valladares. But luckily, he's staying.
ICYMI: Zac came down under a while back to film a Stan Australia film, Gold, in South Australia, and seemingly has fallen in love with the place. And thanks to his endless meditative charm, we've fallen in love right back.
