“Jeffree Is Pure Evil”: Trisha Paytas Doesn’t Hold Back In Responding To Rumours Her Ex Is Dating Jeffree Star

In a series of TikToks, Trisha Paytas addresses the flurry of recent controversies in the YouTuber community

Jeffree Star and Trisha Paytas at this point are mortal enemies. 2021 kicked off with an intense feud between the two, which included allegations of bullying, body-shaming and abuse. The story, which you can catch up on in full here, also involved Shane Dawson (Trisha's former best friend who she called "scum of the earth" for siding with Jeffree).

Things appeared to calm down for a minute, but earlier this month, thanks to Perez Hilton, rumours began circulating that Jeffree Star was dating Trisha Paytas' ex, Sean van der Wilt.

So that's the backdrop of Trisha's latest series of unhinged TikToks. She's taken to the platform to comment on the rumours about Jeffree and Sean, discuss (and describe her part in the unearthing of) the serious allegations against David Dobrik's Vlog Squad and generally throw an enormous amount of hate toward Jeffree, Shane and Shane's fiance Ryland.

A user asks her if she's heard about the rumours surrounding her ex boyfriend and Jeffree Star. On the one hand, she says, she's "super glad that Sean is being true to himself".

"It makes me scared for Sean, 'cos Jeffree is pure evil. He's just nasty, and associates with really vulgar, vile, violent people," she says.

She speaks about how in recent times, people have heralded her a kind of "moral compass", stating that she's always been right about calling fellow YouTubers (including Dobrik, Dawson and Star) toxic and problematic. Many people have pushed back against this narrative, due to Trisha's ongoing problematic behaviour.

In the TikToks, Trisha acknowledges that both things can be true. "If you think I'm a horrible person that's fine, but that doesn't mean that horrible things can't happen to me as well."

She states that she's "not the moral compass, but it doesn't take angels and saints to call out" the recent allegations around James Charles and David Dobrik.

She admits that she's had a very problematic past, but compares it to the nature of the allegations against her fellow YouTubers, saying there are "tiers of cancellation".

"Yes, I've been known to be problematic in my past for certain things, but theres levels –  there's crimes, and then there'ss poor choice of words, 'she was an idiot', 'she made herself look dumb'."

Taking every opportunity to reiterate how much she despises Jeffree, Shane and Ryland, she calls them all "vile people" and "vulgar in every sense of the word".

Commenting on how Trisha, not Jeffree, was originally asked to officiate the wedding of Shane and Ryland, she says this iconic line:

"That's a trio of evils and the devil should officiate."

Tell us how you really feel, Trish!
